| 2007 was a very exciting year
for us. Not only was our best year for number of walls built but we
were also faced with a number of difficult challenges that we were able to
overcome. But most of all, we had the opportunity to make one of our
customers very, very happy with this very unique wall featured
above. On December 15, 2007, we had only one opening left in the
year to construct our final wall for 2007. We posted ads promoting
over $500.00 in free services to the customer booking the last wall of the
year as our show of appreciation for our success
in 2007.
The result was a very special wall and a very happy customer. His name is Edward, an up and coming photographer and part-time student. Needless to say, Edward was on a very tight budget and could only afford a very basic wall for his Williamsburg studio apartment. Edward was the last customer for 2007 and after hearing his story we decided to change the $500.00 offer in free services to $1,000.00 in free services. So instead of getting a basic straight wall with standard door, Eric received this unique L-shaped wall with two 6 foot light panels, stained molding to match the rest of the apartment, a seamless finish, custom painting, sound insulation and a custom door and door knob. |
